Old pictures will always have a special place in my heart.

In all probability, I will never meet the person in this old photograph. And that person will probably never be aware of my existance. But for a brief moment in time, we are connected.

I don't know who he is, where he is going or what hardships he has endured. But he (or she) existed. And this picture is a proof of that.

The title of this picture is Bocskay Tér (meaning Bocskay Square) it was taken in 1914 by André Kertész, in his hometown of Budapest.
